WASHINGTON — Corey Lewandowski has been faraway from his place overseeing a brilliant PAC supporting former President Donald Trump after a donor alleged he sexually harassed her at a charity occasion in Las Vegas over the weekend.
Pam Bondi, a former Florida legal professional basic who’s working on the tremendous PAC, Make America Nice Once more Motion, will succeed Lewandowski, a spokesperson for Trump’s management PAC, Save America, tweeted Wednesday.

Politico reported that Trashelle Odom, the spouse of an Idaho development government, accused Lewandowski of repeatedly touching her and talking to her in graphic phrases on the charity occasion. The political information web site cited 4 first-hand witnesses on the occasion and two others who described conversations with Odom after the alleged incident. NBC Information was unable to independently verify Politico’s reporting.
“He repeatedly touched me inappropriately, stated vile and disgusting issues to me, stalked me, and made me really feel violated and fearful,” Odom alleged in a press release to Politico.
“I’m coming ahead as a result of he must be held accountable,” she added within the assertion. “I’m blessed to have a loving husband and household behind me. I need different girls to know that you could be heard, too, and collectively we are able to cease horrible issues like this from occurring.”
When contacted by NBC Information, Lewandowski referred to a press release from a Las Vegas legal professional representing him, David Chesnoff, that stated “accusations and rumors look like morphing by the minute and we is not going to dignify them with an extra response.”
South Dakota Gov. Kristi Noem severed ties with Lewandowski, who had been serving as her political adviser over the past 12 months, in response to the allegations. Her spokesman, Ian Fury, stated Lewandowski “is not going to be advising the governor in regard to the marketing campaign or official workplace,” including that he was a “volunteer” and was “by no means paid a dime” from her marketing campaign or South Dakota’s authorities, in keeping with The Related Press.
In 2016, Lewandowski, who was then Trump’s marketing campaign supervisor, was arrested and charged with misdemeanor battery for deliberately grabbing and bruising the arm of a reporter. A number of weeks later, Florida authorities dropped the costs, saying there wasn’t sufficient proof to convict him.
