Authorities in Georgia are investigating a taking pictures that killed one particular person and injured seven others throughout an off campus social gathering close to Fort Valley State College.

The Georgia Bureau of Investigation stated early Saturday morning that the one that died was not a Fort Valley State College scholar.

In an announcement to NBC’s affiliate in Atlanta, WXIA, the college confirmed there have been college students on the social gathering who suffered accidents, including that “none have been reported as life-threatening.” Fort Valley State College quickly positioned the campus on lockdown following the taking pictures.
